The child in my belly
“Our world stands still…”
The child is still your child and always will be.
The break in the relationship with the child happens in a state of shock – that’s quite normal.
What I can do for myself now:
• find a midwife (hebamme.ch)
• call your midwife
• find a Doula (doula.ch)
• call your Doula
• contact a specialist at kindsverlust.ch
• call someone who is good for me.
Many parents say afterwards that everything had gone much too fast.
There’s no rush, so do not act while in a state of shock.
What can I do for my child now?
