What is still to be done?
• Draw up the birth and death notice
• Call the midwife to arrange further follow-up care at home
• Follow-up at the gynaecologist after 6 weeks
• Sign up for a postnatal courseafter child loss
To make everyday life easier:
• Shopping via the internet at coopathome.ch or leshop.ch when you are feeling low
• Accept help if it is offered for housework, looking after the siblings, visiting the authorities
• Make one fixed arrangement for every day (sports, going out, going for a walk, receiving a visit, going to the cemetery, trips out, etc.)
In memory of the child:
• Visit the commemoration
• Lay out mandalas
• Rituals
• Visit a support group
• Do crafts
Grave design:
• Paint flat stones with acrylic paint, lacquer them and then decorate the garden with them
• Hang lanterns on a lantern stick or place them on a stone slab to keep them beautiful longer.
